Dr. David A. Cruz
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. David Cruz, ND is a naturopathic doctor with over seven years of experience in both clinical practice and academia. He began his career in Puerto Rico, where he focused on pain management, botanical medicine, and acupuncture. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Cruz served as an academic coordinator and professor in the Naturopathic Medicine program at UAGM College, where he taught courses in botanical medicine, sports medicine and orthopedics, physical therapy, and anatomy and physiology, while also supervising student clinical rotations.
In 2023, Dr. Cruz relocated to California to broaden his scope of practice, focusing on weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and regenerative medicine. He trained through Empire Medical in advanced joint injection techniques.
Dr Cruz is also expertly trained in Regenerative Aesthetics techniques with advanced products such as Biofillers (Platelet Rich Fibrin), and the Biostimulators  Sculptra and Radiesse. He possesses an artistic touch with his aesthetic approach while bringing a keen medical eye.Â
Dr Cruz provides medical consultations for Body Sculpting and medical weight loss and has vast experience with GLP1 medications and guiding patients through a medically supervised weight loss program.
Dr Cruz has received advanced training and direct mentorship in Hormone Replacement Therapy and male and female health from nationally recognized Longevity Medicine Expert Dr John Robinson. Dr Cruz is an expert in all forms of hormone replacement therapy including Subcutaneous Pellet Therapy and Hormone Injections He has received additional training with Dr Robinson on Longevity Medicine approaches including advanced biomarker analysis and Peptide Therapy.Â
Dr. Cruz is deeply committed to helping patients achieve optimal health and longevity, empowering them to live life with vitality and purpose.When he's not in the clinic, he enjoys hiking, road trips, and practicing martial arts.
Monica Hammer
Aesthetics Registered Nurse & Medical Aesthetician
Monica has been a Registered Nurse since 2017 and pursued her calling in aesthetic medicine—a field that perfectly blends her love for skincare, anatomy, and patient care.
With a strong background in art and a passion for drawing, Monica brings an artistic eye to every treatment, focusing on natural-looking, beautifully balanced results. She is especially drawn to the intersection of science, creativity, and individualized care that aesthetic nursing offers. Her specialty lies in dermal and biostimulatory fillers, which she loves for their ability to subtly enhance and restore facial balance. Her personal favorite treatment to receive are fillers and Morpheus8, for its transformative skin results.
Monica is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, continuously expanding her knowledge and refining her skills to offer the most advanced, effective, and evidence-based techniques. Outside of work, she’s an avid animal lover and music enthusiast who enjoys attending live concerts with her husband.
