How is microneedling performed?

Using a handheld, small device with tiny needles easily glides across the skin. The needles pierce the skin, and this piercing causes injury. The adjustable length of the needles allow for differences in skin thickness and types, tailoring treatment to different types of patients. What is treatment with the SkinPen like?
