Evaline Fuong
Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner
Evaline Fuong is a nurse practitioner who has been in aesthetic dermatology for the last 5 years. She has always wanted to work in an environment where she can combine the principles of science and her love for the art of beauty. It is her passion to help patients feel their most confident and become an enhanced version of themselves through aesthetic wellness. Her favorite treatments include Botox/ Dysport and collagen biostimulators like Sculptra because of its natural yet refined results.
In her free time she loves to try new restaurants in the East Bay and walk her 2 year old maltipoo named Ollie. Begin your journey with a thorough consultation with Evaline where we discuss your goals and build a customized treatment plan catered to you.
Shawn Acharya
Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner
Shawn joined our team in 2023 as an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with extensive experience in oncology, clinical research, and emergency nursing. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Shawn's career is marked by a commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. He is extremely detailed and precise with his techniques, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. Shawn specializes in hormone replacement therapy, injectables, and anti-aging and rejuvenation treatments. His extensive experience in medicine, attention to detail, and critical care background makes him an outstanding Aesthetics & Wellness Provider. Patients greatly appreciate his expertise, compassionate approach, and dedication to their overall health and well-being.
In his free time, Shawn can be found on the soccor field, hiking, or meditating & praying.
Sneha Patel
Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner
Sneha has a background in Biology, a BSN from UNLV, and a Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner from Touro University, she's a true expert in cosmetic treatments. Specializing in fillers, various neuromodulators, Lasers, Morpheus, CoolSculpting and skin tightening procedures, she excels in creating facial harmony and personalized treatment plans. Her gentle approach and brilliance make her patients feel truly cared for. With a passion for empowering women to feel confident, she brings comprehensive care and a touch of magic to every treatment.
When not practicing, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, hiking, traveling, and practicing yoga.
Kristina Pacheco
Aesthetics Registered Nurse & Medical Aesthetician
Kristina is our outstanding Aesthetic Nurse Injector whose professional knowledge and background in medical aesthetics started in 2008 when she became a licensed Esthetician. Over the past 16 years, with her extraordinary eye for detail and continuous professional training, she has enjoyed helping patients look and feel their best. Kristina specializes in all of our aesthetic treatments and devices including Neurotoxins, Kybella, Biostimulators, & Fillers, PRP/PRF Microneedling & Hair Restoration, Sciton BBL, Hydrafacials, BTL Exilis Ultra and more.
Outside of work, Kristina loves to explore new places with her husband and two young daughters and pursue her other passions, including photography.
Dr. David A. Cruz
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Cruz is a board certified naturopathic doctor with over 6 years of experience. Starting off his practice in the island of Puerto Rico were he specialized in pain management, botanical medicine and acupuncture. While at the same time working as an academic coordinator and professor at UAGM college in the Naturopathic Medicine program. Offering classes in botanical medicine, sports medicine, physical therapy, anatomy/physiology and supervising clinical shifts.
In 2023 Dr. Cruz moved to California where he started specializing in weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. He joined SculptMD in 2024 and he is very excited entering the world of medical aesthetics and anti-aging helping patients optimize their potential to live life to the fullest.
Dr. Cruz has been personally trained by our very own Dr. John A. Robinson, who has taken a direct interest in expanding his knowledge and medical approach. Dr. Cruz has had advanced medical training in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy, and various Longevity Medicine approaches
In his free time Dr. Cruz likes to go hiking, road trips and practice martial arts.
Vanessa Torres
Patient Coordinator
Vanessa's bubbly energy makes it hard to not smile when you visit our office. From booking appointments to following up with patients post treatment, Vanessa utilizes her strong 5+ year background in customer relations to connect with patients and support them in achieving their aesthetic goals.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys cuddles with her dog Milo and expressing her style and creativity through nail art and fashion.
Mayra Plascencia
Medical Assistant & Coolsculpting Certified Specialist
Mayra has over a decade of experience as a certified Medical Assistant and is CoolSculpting certified. She enjoys being in the Medical field and is currently pursuing her Nursing degree.
In her free time, she is a devoted mother of two and enjoys running with her Labrador and going camping with her family.
Denise Hoang
Senior Practice Manager
Denise is passionate about advancing aesthetic medicine and prioritizes our patient's overall experience at Sculpt MD. With a decade of experience in aesthetics, specializing in non-surgical procedures and paramedical make up, Denise transforms the way Sculpt MD approaches aesthetic medicine with her extensive knowledge of treatments and medical-grade products. She understands the importance of putting your best self forward, which cultivated her passion for helping others feel their best and to help them enhance their natural beauty.
Outside of the practice, you can find her in nature, cooking for her friends & family, or enjoying a cup of coffee.
Brianna Simpson
Practice Manager
Brianna has over 10+ years of customer service and leadership experience, as well as many years in the aesthetics industry as a multi unit manager overseeing as many as three medspa clinics. During her time as an aesthetic clinic manager, she was able to build lasting relationships with patients and keep the highest patient satisfaction in the company. She is an expert in the industry and can walk you through a personalized consultation for the treatments we offer, where you can see the passion she has for the aesthetic field come through! She has seen life changing results from the treatments we have at Sculpt MD and will be thrilled to share.
Outside of the practice you can see her being the most proud soccer mom! She values movie nights with her family and enjoying one of the many hiking trails in the Bay area.
